Additional Comments:
Percy is an extremely responsive bigger horse with a big motor. His mother was one of our very favorite ranch mares and he is a gelding stacked with a solid performance pedigree. She has lineage going back to the great Pacific Bailey stallion who was a truly great race horse with the unique combination of speed, athleticism and good looks. With a SI-100, Pac had 24 starts with 13 wins, 4 seconds & LTEs of $15,073. In the process, he was a stakes winner & set 4 track records. In the show ring, he earned 24.0 halter points with 7 grands & 6 reserves. Pacific Bailey was an AQHA Champion by the age of four with a race ROM [earned in 1965] & a Superior in racing [earned in 1966]. His foals picked up where he left off. He was a leading sire of race ROM qualifiers, & his performers included stakes winners, Superiors [race, performance & halter], arena ROMs, AQHA Champions [open & youth] as well as World & reserve World Champions.

Percy would like a "focus" whether it be trail riding, ranch chores, performance events or even showing. He is extremely sensitive to the leg, hands, voice and even in his personality as he really wants to please. We have tossed ropes off and around him but nothing competively and he has been in parades, around crowds, stalled, ridden in indoor arenas and all over the ranch on trail rides, cattle drives and working cattle in pens. He side passes, turns on his quarters and will work gates from the push. Distinctive light sorrel with loud body markings. The coggins is current on this guy so he is ready to travel, plus he loads/unloads and trailers quietly and without issues. There is really not enough good things to say about him and his only fault may be that he is too quick!
