A GOLDEN COMPROMISE 2011 APHA Palomino SPB Stallion #998,302 JMK No Compromise x Coosas Passion (apha).
This colt did very well at the Tulsa State Fair last fall for an April 28 colt showing against Jan/Feb babies. He was 2nd in one futurity, 3rd in another, and WON his fair class!
Two judges came to his stall after the show, looked at his papers, asked about his sire and dam, and looked him over for 30 minutes. When they were done, one said to the other, Terry, in a couple of years, were gonna walk around the back of this sucker and wonder where the heck he came from. Then we're gonna get to the front and recognize that star and strip down his face and remember exactly where we saw him first! I thought that was pretty good praise from World Champion Exhibitors/Trainers/Top Judges.
He was turned out all spring, and has done a lot of growing up. He's a great mover and has the ability to be an all-around prospect.
As a small breeder, I am constantly trying to improve upon my product. And I took the judges comments as a sign that I am on the right track. He will make an excellent gelding. And with his movement, should make a top pleasure horse.
