Registered 10 Year Old Black Tennessee Walker

In spite of being weak and unsteady, his owner has been regularly riding this horse alone in a public park at every speed. He was head of maintenance for all the county parks and rode him to patrol the trails. Thunder was also used for trail riding and camping, and was qualified for and ridden in a mounted search and rescue group. He competed in hunter paces. He has been a very good trail horse, handling all sorts of terrain such as Hocking Hills and other challenging areas. He has had no problem with bridges, traffic, streams, or mud. A very going horse, well broke, with lots of miles on him.

He has not shown any issues with deer popping up or other animal encounters, noises, vehicles, bicycles, tarps, or even the freight trains that run along the park's edge. He loads and trailers well, and ties without a problem, including camping overnight.

He is very good with other horses in turn out or riding near other riders. The farrier says he is a pleasure to handle. This is a very friendly, sweet natured horse that really loves people (and other horses too). Very sound with no vices. Up to date on shots and shoeing. Sire is Romeo's Generator.
