Additional Comments:
We call her "Sable" and she has been very special to me, she is not broke to ride, but if you are looking for a mare that you can have some pretty babies with, she is awesome. She is a wonderful and protective mom and has never had any problems foaling or getting in foal. She would give you very colorful babies. She can be a bit hard to handle when in heat but being with a stallion is all that is on her mind. She has never gotten mean with the stallions, she loves them, and will try to get to them, so you have to watch her if you have any barbwire fencing, because she will paw at the fence trying to get to the stallion if he is on the other side. She has so much spirit, and she is so pretty. Her pedigree has Nugget Jim, Impressive, Imressive Sunset, Absaorkee Sunset, Wapiti to name a few. I am not sure how to tell for sure, but I think she is gated, but I am guessing at that, she sure has a different stide at the trot.
