Nikki is a 2009 bay mare by Extended Invitation and out of a 17hh TB mare. Currently 16.1, will mature bigger. She is a flat, sweepy mover with a lot of natural rhythm and balance. She is not yet started under saddle due to time constraints by the owner. She has had quite a bit of ground work, is fine to saddle, lunges, stands tied, bathes, etc. Going to make someone a very nice show horse-price will increase with training! Needs a confident, experienced rider due to her green status. Really bonds with one person and is a sweet mare.

UPDATE: Price has been dramatically reduced! This reduction reflects our need to sell some so that we have stalls for younger horses. Great opportunity to get a nice mare at a fraction of her worth. Well-bred, great mover-just needs the time put into her.

We have two heated barns, multiple corrals with loafing sheds, pasture boarding for mares and foals, two hot and cold wash racks, a covered round pen, an outdoor arena, a hot walker, an automatic fly spray system, and 50+ acres of riding area with lots of hills and trees. Our staff will ensure that your horse is fed twice a day and has his/her stall cleaned two times a day with an ample amount of shavings.
