This is Jigger. He is a very sweet gelding. This is the kind of gelding that you keep forever. He has a kind eye, tries to do right and loves attention. If this were not our business, this horse would be staying with me for good.
Jigger has a nice walk, trot, lope, stop and back on him. It is not the tiny little pleasure lope, but a "get somewhere" lope. He will walk all day if that is all you want to do, but with a simple cue he will pick up into a jog or into a lope. He has very smooth gates, and is easy to ride. Jigger looks for attention, and has a curious eye. If you catch everyone else, he stands at the gate and thinks you forgot about him. He is easy to handle, stands quiet for the farrier, to groom, bathe and to mount.
He fly sprays, loads, backs off the trailer, is hobble trained and rides bitless.
Jigger has the breeding everyone looks for. Very solid and every name on his papers goes to Three Bars, Zantanon, King Poco Bueno, Wimpy or Top Deck.
He gets along well in the pasture with other horses, and is also quiet in a stall
If you are a confident rider, and want a great horse to have fun on in many directions Jigger may be for you. He is a good trail horse, works well in a ring, and does well with new obstacles.
