Peppy has a thick long mane and a really thick tail that grows so long . Peppy's chestnut coloring and his gorgeous mane and tail and high rear stockings make him very pleasing to the eye. If his beauty alone doesn't captivate you, his big, kind eyes will surely melt your heart.
He loves attention and enjoys being groomed and handled. He is a very curious horse and always seeks us out for attention
He is a people pleasing horse, the most willing and easy to get along with stallion I have ever known. He is very respectful on the ground and under saddle, and is safe and gentle to handle and touch all over. He has great ground manners, stands tied beautifully, he loves baths, clips easily, he loads in a trailer by himself, unloads slowly and calmly, hauls great, he is perfect for the ferrier and for the vet. Peppy gets along well with other horses and has no vices or bad habits. He is an easy keeper is very healthy and sound. He has never been sick, never taken a lame step, and never been sore, not even after a long, hard day of work.
Peppy is a very broke horse that we have taken great pride in training. Peppy has been thoroughly de-spooked with every item we could think of, and he has had extensive roundpen/arena/ trail training. Peppy is desensitized to most everything (you can rope off of him and drag logs on him), plastic bottles, cans, atv's, tractors, bicycles, gun shots, farm animals, dogs, etc. - everything. Peppy has been on trail rides, in every type of terrain, and he is very willing, bold and sure footed. He is a fantastic trail horse. He rides down busy roadways without a care in the world. He tries very hard to please, is a quick learner and retains all that he learns. He is by far one of the most willing, easy to train and accepting horses we have ever owned. He is very secure and confident - he aims to please. He also rides perfectly in a group and will ride in the lead, in the middle of a large group, and at the back. He is always ready to do what is asked of him - he behaves like a well seasoned horse that is far older than he is. He is an awesome horse.

Peppy has been trained to side pass, pivot, yield hind quarters and forequarters, back collected for long distances and with ease. He has nice roll backs and stops, he gets his leads well, and he does perfect circles at a walk, trot and lope. He has a soft mouth and will ride collected with a gentle lift of the reins at all gaits. He is sensitive to cues, responsive. He has had lots of exposure and training and he has turned out to be a super horse.
Has been ridden by 11 yr old. Great all around, fantastic disposition and looks to go with it. Pictures and pedigree can be sent. You will be amazed!
