Apple is a 2 yo, Mustang filly that was saved from a home that was starving her to death. She and her mother, Takoda, barely escaped with their lives. Now she is happy and growing. Apple is extremely gentle, curious and sweet. She stands for the farrier, leads, picks up all four hooves, loads on/off trailer, and you can do anything around her. Apple definitely loves as much attention as she can get! She has had consistent groundwork training, and she just needs someone to get her started in the discipline you desire. Fee will increase as training increases.

Freedom Hill Horse Rescue - Freedom Hill Horse Rescue in Owings, MD is dedicated to helping horses in need find forever loving homes for their horses so that they can save more horses lives. While the horses are at the rescue, we will utilize the horses to help individuals, children, youth, families and groups through mentoring, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning, and educational programs through Desire Ministries (www.Desire Ministries.org) and have many groups come to visit the horses to learn about horse care, horsemanship, horse rescue and more.
