Mocca is a fun riding horse and we have had him for almost 2 years now. But we have a trail riding business and he doesn't fit in our program as well as others.
The good thing about him is that he is really smooth, especially at a lope. He is well broke, neck reins good and can even be used to drive other horses. He is also people friendly and easy to catch and has good ground manners.
He is the kind of horse that you can lay off for some weeks and still just get on and ride with no problems. He does not buck!
The bad things about him is that he has some typical arab behavior such as shying from little rocks or flowers on the trail for no reason. More experienced customers have rode him with no problem but he is not for beginners.
The other bad thing about him is that he fights a lot with other horses. He was gelded late (he is NOT proud cut!) and seems to be more aggressive than other geldings. As soon as he stays with a herd for a while he is fine but when we switch around groups or put new horses in he picks a fight.
For these reasons and because we are pretty close to the fire we are selling him very cheap.
Thanks for looking, please call for questions!
