Mandolin is a 2006 Thoroughbred mare, 16.0hh last time I measured. Last year was her first solid year of showing. At her second horse show of the year, Mandolin jumped around the grass ring like a pro. She competed in the 2'9 jumpers and did the derby which included jumping the dry ditch, the bank, the table top, the double liverpools, the dike and many other spooky obstacles. She didn't even bat an eye. She has schooled courses up to 3'6, her lead changes are almost automatic and she has been free jumped to 4' and schooled single fences to 4'. Also very well broke on the flat, knows shoulder in/out, haunches in/out and counter canter!! Athletic mare that LOVES TO WORK!! She is simple to ride and a quick learner. Great ground manners. Jockey club registered and I have her papers. Mandolin is ready for a junior or amateur to continue her training. She was also 5th in the $5,000 Jump Canada Hunter Classic at Rocky Mountain Classic I in 2012. Contact for more information, pictures and videos, or to come try her!
