Mabel is a gorgeous 7-10 year old grade mustang cross mare that was picked up as a stray by the SPCA in New Mexico. She was rounded up along with several other horses and her two week old foal in December of 2011. I took her in as a rescue in January of this year and have gotten her to the point were she is ready to find her forever home. She can be a little hard to catch out on pasture but a grain bucket quickly fixes that. Once she is caught she is a doll to handle and has developed great ground manners. Easy to worm, groom and train. Her filly is now weaned so Mabel is good to go. She'll make a great trail horse, or even youth horse in the future with training with her temperament. I have more info on request and pics. I am working with her on ground work in and out of the roundpen presently.

Mabel has a current negative coggins and health certificate. She is ready to go to her new home, and will make you a wonderful horse.Train her to pack, or ride, she will do wonderfully in anything.
