Sold - 4 Year old Percheron Thoroughbred Cross for Sale

Calm and level-headed at all times. She is currently working at walk/trot/canter, back up. Her canter does need work but she is very willing and eager to learn. Lunges beautifully, without problem on both the bridle and with just a halter. She has a very good basis in ground work. She is able to walk, trot, back up, square up, and turn on the forehand on the ground without fight. Great bareback, currently doing most work bareback. Ground drives well. She is an "old soul" and does not show her age every when working.

She is great with the vet and farrier. She is up to date on her shots, deworming and farrier work. She is currently barefoot and has never had a problem. She has great hooves.

She is good with dogs, chickens (no fear when they fly away) and tractors. She is an easy keeper, I just have her on a handful of ration balancer. She is good in the trailer, she sleeps the whole way.

She trail rides and is a very relaxed horse. She would be great as a hunt horse or possibly cross country once she starts jumping as she is still young and was still growing so I had not started her over fences. I'm sure she would be a very courageous jumper. Her trot is very smooth and rhythmical making sitting very easy. She could make a great husband horse or young rider's first larger horse. She is happy to work and would be a great addition to anyone's barn.
