13 year old gelding, Broke to drive single and double. Previous owner rode him English. I have ridden him Western on trail rides. One of which was on a 4 day trip South of the Black Hills. We rode w/20 other riders, on narrow, rocky trails...he did wonderful. He is a lot of fun to ride and drive. He is energetic and a fast walker. I have placed with him showing in local driving shows. My husband put him with another Fjord and drove him on week long wagon trains over the past 3 yrs. He is good w/the farrier and stands quietly while having his mane trimmed, without a halter. HE HAS THE SOFTEST, BIG BROWN EYES YOU HAVE EVER SEEN. A REAL LOVER! If not for the arthritis in my hands and my back...this horse WOULD NOT BE FOR SALE! Price is negotiable. I also have for sale a Smucker's single harness, both in good condition.Almost everything is sold. We do still have a farm wagon for sale and a Smucker's single harness, which will not be sold until this Fjord is sold. Circumstances dictate that we sell everything. We are willing to negotiate prices on package deals.

Bb Fjords - We purchased our first Fjords, a pair of yearlings, in 1987. So impressed with the Fjords, in the next few years we purchased some mares and until 2000 we raised foals. We are no longer raising Fjords, just enjoying them. During the past two years our health has made it impossible to do those things we have been doing, therefore we are selling everything. Toby is the last horse we have to sell. We also have wagons, carts, harnesses, saddles, bridles for sale. |
