"TJ" is a stunning full Welsh Pony with impressive bloodines (Trefaes Taran x Alra Lorelei Lollipop). He likes kids, and is handled and ridden by kids. He is a beautiful, flat-kneed mover with an amazing stide, and correct conformation. He is started under saddle (WTC) and is beginning to jump (in good form) over cross-rails. He is brave under saddle, and is very good on trails. My daughter has shown him in 4-H at the state level (where he won both years) and under saddle in local shows.... (read more) Unfortunately, she is now 14 and has outgrown him and is busy training a young warmblood, along with showing her other horse, so TJ's training has been put on the back-burner. My 10 year old daughter, who he would fit now, has no interst in him as she loves her own pony. He was intended to be finished for my youngest daughter (now 6) to be her show pony, but she has no interest. He is adorable in the back yard with our other ponies, but I feel he is going to waste. We know we will never be able to replace him at the price we're asking, but we'd really like him to go to a show home to be finished so he can realize his potential. Pictures of him and his parents can be seen at the Fox Creek Farm (foxcreekfarm.com) website under "youngstock"-2007, and pictures of him as a yearling can be seen at the Anderin Farm website under "for sale" (although he is no longer at that farm). A video of him made a year ago in November can be seen by going to YOU TUBE and typing "TJ Welsh pony for sale" in the browser.
