Offered up for sale is a gorgeous 2002 registered sorrel Quarter Horse mare. Docs D OR Star is a 15 hand finished pleasure horse. Shown in Showmanship, Bareback Horsemanship, English Pleasure, English Equitation, Western Pleasure, Western Horsemanship, and Egg & Spoon, "Diamond" places consistently in intermediate and junior, and would rock the peewee classes. Diamond does ride double, but I have never shown her in a tandem class. I have also taken her team penning, and she was great! Diamond is also great at showmanship! Plants her pivot perfectly, and will set up when you turn to look at her. Unlike many horses, equitation and horsemanship patterns are Diamond's strong point. She knows her leads, and is very sensitive to leg cues. I barely have to touch her face at all in the classes, and she rides perfectly without a bridle. I hate to have to sell her, but I am 5'8" and getting too tall for her. She would look great with an experienced peewee/junior, or a small adult. Not for beginners, needs an experienced rider to show her talent. Diamond had 60 days of professional training for just the basics as a two year old, and I have finished her out as a pleasure horse by myself. Stalls, trailers, bathes, and clips well.
