What a doll! This boy is sweet, sweet, sweet! And did you see the photos! Wow!
I know you hear it all the time about the Friesians: how quiet they are, how easy on the trails and in new surroundings, how they love to swim, how they take such good care of their amateur riders...but this one is the real deal!
He is a beauty, and a rarity in his temperament, for most of any horse!
He arrived with us at Stable Acres and immediately settled; he was totally quiet and sensible in his new surroundings. He just took it in.
Nothing fazes him!
The scary arena, no problem! The goats, llamas and donkey, no problem. Second day at the barn, it's rainy and cold, and Amy stepped right up on him, and he was perfect!
"Cristof" is the first Friesian I have ever worked with that is actually unflappable. (And I've worked with many). But he is not lazy, or dull witted either!
He's friendly, and engaged, and cheerful. He's beautiful, and a wonderful "warmbloody' mover, with very little knee action. He's nice in the bridle, and naturally forward. He's fearless on the trails: calm, cool and collected (mentally). Also, he has several years of professional dressage training and showing and came in 4th in Utah for Training Level AA and 12th in the Nation without even finishing the season (check out the video clip!).
Sound, and barefoot! (First Friesian that I have ever worked with that is happy to go barefoot!).
An excellent conformation too!
So...how about his age, height, bloodlines, and color. Well...I'm not sure that it gets better for the adult amateur who's looking for a dressage, western, companion, trail, best 'forever' friend:
16.hh, 10 year old, Nanno 372 x Leffert 306 = great bloodlines, imported solid black Friesian gelding. Does it get better than that?
Offered at a sacrifice for $15,000 (His owner recently had a baby girl, and regrettably no longer has the time). Negotiable (and obviously) only to a wonderful, forever home.

Clarity Performance Horse Sales -
The trickle down effect of the depressed economy on the horse industry, starting in 2008:
I think we are all feeling it, in one way or another. Breeders can't sell. Individual horse owners can't sell. But they need to. This is why my assistant Amy Savage and myself, Clare Long, have formed CPHS (Clarity Performance Horse Sales). We want to help and we can. We have successfully SOLD 46 horses into fantastic, loving 'forever' homes, in just 2 years!
We are offering to take your horse in training to sell, just for the price of board, starting at $500 per month. We make it easy on your pocketbook, and bank account, by allowing all training costs to be paid out of the price of the sale.
The reasons why we can sell are simple and straightforward:
1. We put all of our time, hearts and soul into each and every horse that we sell, and treat them as if they were our own.
2. We have countless resources, formed from 39 years in the business, at our fingertips.
3. We spend tremendous amounts of energy on the horses: grooming, exercising, training, photos, videos, written descriptions, hand grazing, and tons of old fashioned 'elbow grease' and TLC.
4. We have unlimited connections, in all the horse industries, disciplines, and breeds.
OK, so maybe, 'desperate' is too strong a word, but dang would you like to sell your horse!
Again, we can help Feel free to call Clare for all the details: 707-338-2092; or email us at: email@example.com. Looking forward to talking to you soon, Clare and Amy of Clarity Performance Horse Sales.
