I am also open to LEASES on one or both of my mares. You can take them, breed them, and then after you get 1st foal, send her back in foal. OR, if you are looking for a show horse to finish, we can work out payment arraingements or????? Email me!!!!
Candi is an awesome mare. During the 2 yrs we have owned her, she has been such a joy on and off the track. My daughter has shown this mare in halter and showmanship while she was in race training. The pic shown was taken during a halter class 1 hr AFTER she just had a work on the track. This how quiet and kind she is. Her last race was a Stakes race on 7/8/07 and 4 days later, my daughter, who is a very novice rider, was up riding her. KayLeigh hasn't been on a horse for 2 yrs and wanted to ride Candi. Candi has also been ridden by a 23 yr old girl with Cerebal Palsy. This was less than a month off the track and she acts like an old lesson horse.
Candi has no bad habits or vices, she is sound and could still race BUT she has done her time and needs a new career, with her own (experienced)little girl to love. She has been lunged over cross bars and looks beautiful bited up w/ a surcingle. She has also been lunged alot w/ KayLeigh riding her and learning how to ride herself. She is nice to ride and would make a nice show horse for English, Hunter/Jumper, Equatation, Equestrian Team, 4H. She still needs training but you can show her in Halter and Showmanship till her training is complete. She has a classic English horse look about her. I can email you better pics. She is a gorgeous mare and the pic in the show ring isn't her best shot, but shows that the mare is quiet in the ring with a novice young girl.
My price is fairly firm on her, BUT, I will consider offers to the right home.
She is a special mare and deserves the right home. Her training will continue till she sells and my daughter will continue to show her. Her price will go up as her training progresses.
