Additional Comments:
First of all, there is nothing wrong with this horse. The low price is to give someone a chance to afford this really nice horse. It is also the exact price I paid for her. Saved is a 10 year old bay rabicano Thoroughbred mare. She has spent the last six years raising the most amazing babies. Her first was the second ever pure white Thoroughbred foaled in Illinois. Her last one this year is chestnut rabicano filly. Just gorgeous. She's going to go to Texas to be trained to dance for competition. Back to this mare, she is the great granddaughter of Seattle Slew on the bottom side. Enough said there. Her sire was Favorite Trick, the 1997 Horse of the Year as an undefeated two year old. He was awesome. You can find all of her breeding on www.allbreedpedigree.com. What I know about Saved since I got her last Jan. in foal is: she was an amazing mom, she has excellent ground/barn manners, she literally takes paste wormer like it's candy, takes shots in the neck without any reaction at all (the last two things are incredible to me), she stands for trimming, loads wonderful, I could go on and on. I was told that she was ridden on and off before and after babies in the past six years. I have ridden her a few times around the barn with her last baby. Just walking and trotting in the pasture. She did great. She is used to english riding but I used a western saddle with no problems. My husband says I can only have two horses for the winter and I have to keep the two western guys for trail riding. I can't say enough good things about this mare. She was my first foaling mare and it could not have been a more perfect and enjoyable experience for the family. Please check horseclicks for a few more pictures. If you have any questions, please call or email. The picture is one month post foaling this summer. Oh, she is also totally up to date on trimming, worming, shots, etc. $500 OBO.
