Huey is a beautiful Chestnut Belgian/Quarter Horse Cross. He stands about 17.3 Hands. Huey is very calm and stands quietly when tied and for the farrier. He loads in a trailer like a perfect gentleman. He is built perfectly for a rider of any size. He is used to being in a pasture with other horses and is also an easy keeper :) He will make a great trail horse for someone as he is confident and sure footed. Huey is fun to ride, moves beautifully for such a large horse, and has very comfortable gaits if you are looking for a horse to ride in the arena. He has been in training with me in English equitation and he can go western just as easily. He is very smart and loves having a job. Huey's calm demeanor and ability to hold his gaits would make him an excellent vaulting horse and he is careful with his riders. An intermediate or advanced rider would be able to bring out the best in him.
