"Vinnie" is a gold cream champagne tobiano, triple registered (TWHBEA, SSHBEA, NSSHA) gelding foaled April 30, 2008. Sired by The First Aurora and out of a daughter of Glen Hope Gold Rush, Vinnie is a 3/4 brother to our mare Simply Stellar, and his bloodlines include Prides Generator, My Magic Marker, Brooke's Class Act, Spirit of Evil Knievel, and Cimarron Sun. Standing at a measured 14.2hh, Vinnie is a nice stout horse with elegant conformation to go with his striking color and solid blue eyes. Vinnie is more than just a pretty face, though. He has proven to be an extremely adept trail horse with us, calmly and willingly conquering obstacles on the trails, riding in the front, middle, or rear of the pack, and ponying youngsters. He has naturally long-striding, loose-moving gaits, barefoot, and can do a very smooth and comfortable rack or a loose and relaxed running walk. He maintains his gait very well, barefoot, and anybody can get him into his smooth gait. Vinnie is a very sensible, light-to-the-aids type of horse who does not need spurs or a severe bit for you to have a great time. He rides very well in a Wonder Bit or broken mouth Walking Horse bit. Vinnie has been to trail rides, horse shows, and was in the Lewisburg 4th of July Parade this year. He clips, stands tied, loads, trailers well, neck reins, and backs up willingly under saddle.
