Jewel is an American Saddlebred cross mare, 17 years old, but don't let her age fool you. She has a great love of life and the attitude of a youngin'. She's a been there, done that type horse. She is a gorgeous sorrel color, approximately 15 hands, very healthy and sound. She has proven to be excellent with beginners, but spunky enough to keep any level rider entertained. She would make a great trail, 4H or lesson horse for someone.
Jewel is a very loving horse with a great disposition. She is very well trained, neck reins, ties, loads and stands great for the vet and farrier. She will bathe, but would rather not. Like most horses she doesn't want to leave her friends, but with a little coaxing she will ride out alone and after a distance is prefectly content. In groups she will lead or follow, actually prefers to lead. She is traffic, dog and ATV safe. A very good home is a must. We are asking $750.00 but the price is negotiable to the right home. Will consider a trade or partial trades. We would be interested in discussing New 17" Deep Seated Western Saddle, possibly an older Bumper Pull Stock Trailer, round bale feeder or maybe even a good used car or pickup.
