"Sage" is a 3 year old saddle mule started this summer under saddle and can be roped and shot off of. He is a quick learner and has a good mind. His breeding on the mare's side goes back to Jessie James, Eagle Top, Country Mile and Grand Duke. He is out of a Mammoth Jack "Captain Bill" and should mature to between 15.2hh and 16hh. Sage was imprinted at birth and will meet you at the gate. He is a lineback buckskin. Sage was in a parade this fall and behaved very well, and also won first place in halter class. He also was on a hunting trip and ponies a pack mule with no problems. This is a mule that will cover a lot of ground in a short time, he really walks out.
