Basia (pronounced Ba-Sha) is a 10 year old 16.2hh Shire/TB Mare. I have had her for a year. She came to me much much greener than I thought. She has come along great under saddle. She came with great ground manners. She had been a one owner horse, so she needs someone to bond with. I had bought her with the idea to be a vaulting horse, that is not something I think she is suitable for at this point. She has been in training with an Austin area dressage trainer for 6 months now. She is sane and sound. She clips, trailers, ties and stands for the farrier. She is not registered. Her sire is a Shire and his name is Admergill Sampson I believe. I am not sure where he stands. Her damn was a TB that has produced top USDF horses in years past. She needs an intermediate rider with a cool seat. If you are not either of those, please do not inquire.
