Awesome All Around Mare

Scarlett is a 10 year old sorrel Quarter Horse Mare. She is not registered, or at least the papers never made it to me. She is around 15hh, a little over. She is an extraordinary horse that is willing and intelligent. She helps break young horses, goes perfectly along the trail and is just a great all around gal. She walked camly throughout the parades and never offered to spook. She ponies the yearlings out on the trail and street to teach them acceptable behavior, and is also a fair pasture mate to teach them manners. Scarlet was Reno Rodeo flag team horse in 2011, and did awesome. Scarlet is just one of those all around good mares that you could throw anyone on. She is not marish, and still behaves perfectly when in heat. Not moody or argumentative at all. She is extremely fast and would make a great speed event horse, but she is by no means hot. She enters the arena great and will go as slow or fast as you want her to go. This mare is extremely athletic and tries really hard. As you can see in the video below, in the doubles pattern for tryouts she switches her lead 6 or 7 different times during the run down to the split trying to figure out which way we were going to turn as we had practiced both directions extensively.
