Max is a flashy guy who came here seeking a career change! He was purchased as a western pleasure mount. Unfortunately, he really doesn't want to do that nor is he designed to! So, Max is here and in search of a rider who has the same interests/talents that he does! We LOVE this guy in English tack and honestly think he should never wear a western saddle again! Be sure to watch his video! We went ahead and popped him over some jumps on the longe line....and he really seems to like it! Max definitely enjoys having something to do and going around endlessly on the rail is not it. He has good bone, good feet, and clean legs....jumping may just be his new career! As a 4yo, Max has a very solid walk/trot/canter/stop/back and is suitable for an intermediate or better rider. He is by no means "hot" or super forward but he is only 4 so not the best choice for a beginner rider! This horse was born in Wisconsin and has lived in NY since he was a weanling....he has had nothing but the best of care his entire life and his background is not a mystery. He is sane, sound, healthy, GORGEOUS, and talented! He hails from the respected breeding program of Hollywood Paints & Quarter Horses.
Take this guy home, ride him over the winter, shine in front of the judges next spring! He is young and has an excellent foundation under saddle.
