Gambler is a bombproof and seasoned competitor. She has been my go to horse for the past two summers. We compete in local shows, IBRA, UBRA, and we've even run an open rodeo. Together we topped the IBRA youth 2D for the 2011 season and earned points in the youth 1D. In the open division of the IBRA she is a consistant 3D horse and she has over 200 points in the 2D open. She is never more than a second behind the top times. Gambler loves to run poles.... (read more) We've clocked in with times in the 20 to 21 second range consistently. I run her in a Reinsman Wonder Bit, and I like to warm her up in a loose ring snaffle. She knows all the practice drills: leg yeild, counter bend, roll backs, etc. Although I don't know how to rope, I've thrown a rope off of her and drug logs. She is a GREAT team penning horse. She really loves to chase cows. I've done bridless work with her. Gambler has some of the best ground manners of any horse that I've ever owned. She bathes, clips, ties, loads, hauls, stands for vet and farrier, etc. My reason for selling is that I am leaving for college in the fall and I need extra cash. Hate to see her go. She would make a great horse for someone who wants to be a winner locally and in the money at bigger shows. Call Katelin for further information 715-478-2174 or 715-784-0825.
