Additional Comments:
Penny is a five (nearly six in August) year old Quarab mare, chesnut with a flash, no leg markings, 15.2 HH, she just got a coggins in October, and shots in december. The previous owner said she was registered but didn't have her paperwork. Penny is a great horse, she follows me where ever I go and just wants to be with you. She is VERY sweet. She can be in a 20 acre field and I call her she comes to me. I but the halter on her and ride her bareback back to the barn. She loves to be petted and scratched. LOVES kids, lowers her head to them so they can pet her.
Catches, Leads, Trailers, Stands for farrier and Vet, bathes, no vices. I've sacked her out before, picks feet up, stands for saddle, mounts well. I ride her with I ride her mainly western, but have ridden her in english, I have never had any problems with her! She does WONDERFUL with kids and begginers, my fiance and little sister have never been on a horse and rode her with no problems. She needs to be finished though, still a little green. I think this horse could be a great playday, barrel, or dressage horse with the right training.
My fiance lost his job and I'm having to sell her because I no longer have time for a horse with the hours I'm working and money being so tight right now. If you have time this horse can go far, she's a great horse, very smart, and willing.
I have more pictures or her being ridden.
I think when I was riding her this mare was worth a $1000. I have her priced at $250 because I need her gone. I have been so busy I hadn't seen her in three weeks and she has lost weight. She needs some TLC. I am moving to Dallas in less than a week and need the money. Call with offers.
