Gus is my 9 year old Appaloosa Pony X. I took him on as a training project almost 3 years ago. I've worked with him using natural horsemanship principals (minimal force, kind hands) and now I think he is ready to find his forever home. His first several years of life were spent as a pet in someone's backyard - so he loves being treated like one! He has a stocky build - able to carry a rider up to 130 lbs. He trailers, bathes, is excellent for farrier and vet visits, trail rides, is fine with roads, cars, kids, dogs, etc. He seems to get bored in the arena, so I ride him out most of the time. I'm offering a package of lessons included in my asking price. I want to make sure he suits his new owners with absolute success. Please email me with your questions.
