Beautiful Gaited Mare

Ive sadly decided to sell my mare, Foxy. She is a 17yr old 14.2h Registered Missouri Foxtrotter Mare who has also been camping and trail riding around MN, she was also trail ridden around Iowa and Missouri before I purchased her. She is a beautiful chestnut (liver chestnut in the summer) with bright flaxen mane and tail and I do have her papers. I bought her for my mom 3 yrs ago, who is pretty much a confident beginner, to ride on trail but she doesnt get around to riding her more than a handful of times each year. She can be intimidating to a total beginner because she does walk faster than most horses but she definitely takes good care of them. Foxy needs a confident rider who preferably knows gaited horses. She has a beautiful gait that can be ridden all day. She has never bucked or reared on me, though shes not a huge fan of road riding or traffic wizzing past her and will try to turn around and go home, but she will go out on her own on trails. She also had a 30day refresher course this summer and she just loves to be doted on and needs her own person to devote more time to her.
