Happy is a 6 yr old Haflinger gelding. He is 13.3 - 13.2hh , but built like a tank. He is solid enough for a small adult rider. This little guy is cute as a button and very friendly. Happy is the first one to greet you at the gate and follow you around and snuggle his head right in your lap. He is just a happy little pony with a big personality! He will even smile on cue. He will ride english or western. He is excellent walk/trot. He can trot around the ring all day long. Stops on a dime and backs. Willing to try a cross-rail. Needs a little work getting into, staying in the canter, and slowing down. Honest little pony, no buck. Very comfortable bareback. See video of Happy standing quietly to have tarps pulled all over him, having an unbalanced rider, riding bareback, and playing ball right off his back. He would be great for a therapeutic riding program. Happy loves going out on the trail. He is very confident and likes to walk right out. He will go out alone or with others. He will lead out or follow, but prefers to be right out in front.He ground drives, and we hope to train him to cart after the holiday weekend. He will stands for grooming and tacking.
