Rod is a grade arabian gelding with some paint we think cuz of his one blue eye. He is about 14.2 hands. He was used as a trail horse. He sometimes is stubborn when it comes to turning and he likes to back up, which he just does mainly because he doesn't want to leave the other horses, but with a little training he will be perfect. This horse never has bucked, crow hopped, or reared and has never shown any sign of wanting too. My boyfriend and his 4 year old ride him, Rod just needs a little work.... (read more) He is only 6. He is a very sweet boy, he comes right up too you in the pasture, saddles, trailers, stands for Farrier, follows you like a puppy. Rod's previous owner had cut his tail off to the bone because it was full of cockle burs, but sense I bought him we have been conditioning it and it's coming along. He was also very skinny, and he is gaining weight nicely as well. I hate to sell him, but 3 jobs and college soon and I just had a foal this spring-I just wont have time to work with him. He would make a great kids horse after he has been worked. $550 call or text me 320-290-2203
