Red is a 21y/o, 15.1hh Sorrel QH Gelding for sale. Red is dead broke. He is extremely gentle, kid friendly, beginner safe horse. Red has been used for many disciplines. His most successful has been in team roping. Red is a high money jackpot winner in team roping at both the head and heel ends. In the last couple years Red has made a smooth transition into extensive trail riding and arena work. Red has experience in sorting, penning, roping, ranch work and trail riding. He has never offered a buck, bite, kick or spook in his years. He would make an excellent lesson, kid's horse, husband horse, 4H or project horse. He is sure to always take care of his rider...If you are a beginning team roper, this is the horse for you! Still good in the box, and despite his age...he still possesses plenty of speed! He knows his job, and is very responsive to leg ques, voice command, and neck reins like a dream! Red is healthy, sound and UTD on his shots. He is missing some upper teeth due to age, but that has not curved his appetitie! He is priced right for someone who is looking for a great, gentle companion. He ties, clips, trailers, bathes, and stands for the farrier with no problem.
