Dreamcatcher is a 12 yr old Quarter Horse gelding. He measures about 15.2hh. Dreamcatcher has a nice, sturdy build and an eye catching hip brand. He has a soft, quiet eye and calm, gentle disposition. This horse is a pleasure to work around. He likes attention and has excellent ground manners. He always seems content whether he is in the ring, out on the trail, or just standing by himself at the hitching pole. Dreamcatcher will ride english or western. He has a very light neck rein. He also moves nicely off your seat and leg. He is easy to ride in the arena. Dreamcatcher is certainly not a lazy horse and will move right out when asked nor is he overly forward. He is a nice balance between having some "go" when you want it, but is quiet and laid back when you don't. He likes to work through obstacle patterns and would be a fun gymkhana prospect. He very quiet for carrying flags off, riding bareback, and having a rider the is flopping around or falling on his neck. He is very confident in himself and doesn't mind an inexperienced rider. He would make an excellent husband horse. Dreamcatcher is very solid out on the trail. He is happy to go out alone, and as a been there, done that attitude about navigating terrain. Will go through mud, water, bush whack, and over logs. While trail riding with other horses he will lead out or follow. He does not get upset if the other horses lope off with out him. Will turn and leave the group. Doesn't kick or get competitive and he is great to pony other horses off of. He has a very sweet and gentle nature about him. He is very safe for kids to work around. He ground ties for grooming, tacking, and bathing. He is good with mares and geldings and is not dominant.
