I have decided to sell Utah Lightning. He was capture Nov 2008 (Probably very young at capture time) and we adopted him July 2009. He was wild but now gentle and I've done lots of work to him but he is just too small for me to ride. 12 Hands. For some reason he has never grown. He had terrible teeth but just looked today and they look pretty good now. Guess the baby teeth were bad and are now gone. He lunges, hooks up in the round pen. Never bucked with the saddle. I've put my 3 year old his back and he didn't care. I've put ropes around his back legs. Loads great. Just always followed me in. I've also lead him and drug a log behind him to see if he could be a good cart horse. He took it good. Also great with his feet. Oh and he knows how to bow. Very easy for me to catch. Ties fine. I would like to see Utah go to someone that wants to use him as a cart horse. He is a very pretty horse just not big. Stripe down back. Stripes on leg. 2 colored mane.
