Thank you Erik Stratford for your purchase of this beautiful filly. Anna is a beautiful Thoroughbred filly who will excell either on the race track or as a sport horse. Her dam, Independence Pass, is a gorgeous Thoroughbred mare with excellent, warmblood type movement. She is extremely well bred being by Comet Shine and out of a Lemhi Gold mare. Indy is a half sister to 7 winners. Her 2nd, 3rd and 4th dams are all black type producers. Indy carries the bloodlines of Fappiano, Vice Regent, Vaguely Noble, Stage Door Johnny, Prince John, and Crimson Satan. Indy displayed amazing speed on the race track but was not able to break her maiden due to an injury she received as a yearling. Anna is by Montbretia, a winning son of Meadowlake out of a stakes placed full sister to champion and champion siring sire Cherokee Run.
