Mariah is a 7 year old Quarterhorse/ Welsh cross mare that is just under 14.2 h.h. She has been ridden on lots of trails, crossed rivers and big muddle puddles, in an arena (inside and outside) and shown in open halter classes. This mare has mostly been ridden by an adult but also has been ridden and handled on the ground by an 11 year old. Mariah trailers, ties, shaves, baths and stands great for the farrier. All her vaccinations and de-wormings are up-to-date. Mariah collects, moves off of leg pressure, turns on the forehand/hindquarters, backs up, etc.... Mariah would make an excellent 4-H / pony club mount. This mare does require an intermediate rider or a beginner who is riding under an instructor
