Honor is one of the 4 horses we rescued over the winter from a feedlot. She was destined to go to slaughter. This girl is an older broodmare with a very sweet personality. She is very well broke and will move out like an old show horse. It seems as if someone put a lot of time into her at one point and then they dumped her when they had no more use for her. She has great potential to be something very special. This can be your child's next 4H horse or your next show horse.... (read more) She has been ridden both inside and outside. She isn't phased by anything. She stands well for the vet and farrier and loads well also. She does need a slight refresher course on her ground manners as she likes to dance a little while on the cross ties. She does not have a mean bone in her body. True diamond in the rough! Honor is only available for adoption in Illinois or close neighboring states. Please visit or website for more information and to fill out an adoption application.
