Grand is ½ mustang and ½ quarter horse and is just over 14 hands tall. He has had the same owners since he was 4. My friend's daughter has now gone to college and has no time for him. He hadn't been ridden much the past 3 years. I have been riding him and working with him for the past 3 months. He was a very well broke pony and is getting there again. He was used for trail riding, camping and road riding. He is not a beginners pony. He has been doing very well for me arena riding and has been doing pretty good down the road. Little shy with some things by himself on road but is fine with another horse with him. Has very good feet and rides down gravel roads fine. He has never had shoes on him since he was 4.
