BEAUTIFUL "mahogany" bay with a blaze. He is 16h or 16.1 and weighs about 1250lbs. He is easy to clip, shoe, bathe, catch. He has a new Coggins and 4 new shoes. . . owner says he has actually done some dressage as well as some jumping and that he had some pics of the previous owners doing that with him if he can find them then I will have access to those as well. He has been barrel raced by his 14 year old daughter (he does NOT get hot or anything) and has been trail ridden by the other daughter that is 8 years old.He has no bad habits other than he will OCCASIONALLY crib lightly but ONLY in the stall. He does NOT do it at all in the field, and doesnt ALWAYS do it in the barn. He only wears a cribbing collar when stalled and does NOT crib with it on. I know that bothers alot of ppl, but when they are turned out like is natural for a horse to be, most of them dont crib then. It is just a boredom habit in the barn. . .I hope you wont count him out because of that. One of the nicest horses we have ever owned does the same thing! It hasnt hurt her one bit! This horse is well balanced and solid and has excellent legs and feet and no lameness or joint issues. He has alot of depth to his heartgirth and is a VERY nice mover. He is built more like a quarter horse, but with the added height of the thoroughbred. Im not familiar with the Jockey Club's policies as well as I am the AQHA and APHA 1s but you might be able to call them with his tattoo information and get papers if you need them. He would be well suited for jumping, barrel racing, poles, dressage, trail riding. . .just about anything you would want to do.Email for more pics. I have pics of him western, jumping, and huntseat!
