16 year old APHA Sorrel Overo mare. My 9 year old son currently rides her, but he is wanting rope real bad! She more than likely would handle a rope, however a green rider and a new task for a horse is not a good combo. All the kids ages 9 to 2 hang on this horse, jump at her, play with her, mess with her and put her through the tests. She can be a little head strong, however she will not try to be that way with me. She has been used in horse shows, for team penning and trail riding. Definately not a speedy horse, but likes to take things relaxed and at an even slow pace. Many inexperienced riders have rode her. She would be good for someone to enjoy those nice evening summer trail rides or to go to a show to get out once in a while and have fun with her. Priced failry to find her a good home, which is a must!
