Coco is a Welsh/Shetland 11.2 hands and I believe will be 13 or 14 years old in the spring, just the perfect size for youngsters to work with. My 7 year old daughter can lead her out of the pasture, groom and tack her (with help) and clean her feet; ride her over a tarp, etc. Coco ponies great on the trails, loads and unloads with ease and has been camping and to the fair. Good for farrier, has never offered to kick or nip. She is low in the pecking order and a very easy keeper, should not be on lush or unlimited pasture. We keep her in a dry lot with a little grass and it lasts her all summer. She's still a bit chubby but just doesn't get the work she needs to keep slim and trim.
Has not had spring shots or Coggins yet; was just dewormed last week and the farrier is due in a couple of weeks. Coco has been to the equine dentist and her teeth are in very good shape.
Available for viewing evenings during the week or weekends by appointment. Offers considered to the right home but don't waste my time with low-ball deals or payment plans. A good pony that your child can be around safely is not going to come cheap.
