Pretty Paint Gelding. Solid, Confident on the Trail

Sundance is a 13 year old Paint gelding. He is just shy of being 15hh. He has a very stocky build that can carry a larger rider. Sundance will ride english or western. He is learning to neck-rein. Sunny has a very easy going, friendly personality. He LOVES to trail ride. He will go out alone or with others. He is very comfortable and confident out on the trail and is not spooky at all. He tends to be more woah than go. He will walk out all day until you tell him to do something different. His jog and lope are incredibly comfortable and easy to ride. He really prefers to ride the trail rather than the ring and will become bored in the ring quickly. He is excellent to trailer and will practically load himself. He is very quiet when taken to new places so he would be great for someone who often trailers to different areas to trail ride. He would make an excellent husband horse or family horse. In his previous home it was common for Sunny to not be ridden all winter and then head out in spring without any issues. He is not the type of horse who gets hot or frisky if not ridden everyday which makes him great for the occasional rider or weekend warrior. Sunny is a very easy keeper. He is currently barefoot and is only given a handful of grain each day. He lives outside 24 hours a day unless the weather is bad.
