A Dark Moon "Sassy" is a 1999 registered appaloosa show mare.
She has been hauled to fairs and shows nation wide, including the Appaloosa Nationals and 4-H Provincials (several times each, with numerous winnings and placings at every level).
At the 2004 Appaloosa Nationals Sassy was Top 3 in the following: Intermediate and Open: Trail, Halter, Showmanship, Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Hunt Seat Equitation, and Western Horsemanship.
As a two year old, Sassy already had the following achievements:
2001 ApHCC Year End Champion
-Two yr. Old Western Pleasure
-Two yr. Old Hunter Under Saddle
2001 Canadian National Appaloosa Show Champion
-Two yr. Old Western Pleasure
-Two yr. Old Hunter Under Saddle
Unfortunately, the time has come for me to get out of horses and I would love to see this girl go to someone who is going to show her at a competitive level. Sassy would be great for any level of rider, and she has even been used for lessons.
