12 yr. Old Quarter Horse ( Kid Broke )

I have for sale a 12 year old Quarter Horse Mare that is Kid Broke. Anyone can ride this mare, my 13 year old niece does not have much riding experience and she has ridden this mare on numerous trail rides. This mare is very gentle and is not a fast horse on the trails. She is not one that has to be out in front, she is real laid back, so you can enjoy your ride. She does not spook on the trails, she is not afraid of water and she does good on hills. We have ridden her at Natchez Trace, LBL , Shawnee National Forest in IL, Seven Springs in Alabama and at Chickasaw. She has done well at all places. She loads and hauls good, she is good for the Farrier, gets along well with other horses (she is not a fighter) and you can ground tie her, just drop the lead rope on the ground and she will stand there. She is up to date on worming and coggins. This would be a great horse for any rider, kid or adult. Asking 1500.00 . I know the horse market is down now and some horses are selling cheap, but This Is Not A Sale Barn Horse and I believe she is worth every dime I'm asking. It will be money well spent.
