Blue Eyed Buck (Buck) is a 15hh Buckskin Draft/Quarter horse cross with a lot of miles under the saddle. No papers, has a blaze and 4 white socks. Will ride western or english and does good in just a regular tom thumb or broken snaffle bit; he has a nice, soft mouth. Barrel raced in his younger years, but has mainly been used as a trail horse in recent years - many of those miles bareback! He Loves the trails and will go all day. Very road safe, has had 18 wheelers and loud trucks and cars fly by him and he doesn't even flinch; will cross anything and not spooky at all.... (read more) Buck is neck reined, but listens to direct reining as well. Has jumped up to 2 feet, but not professionally trained in that area. Super calm but will give speed when asked as well. Kept barefoot because he has very solid feet. He does great for the farrier as well as the vet. He is UTD on everything and had his teeth floated less than a year ago. No bite/kick in him. No health issues ever. He is a very easy keeper and maintains his weight pretty well throughout the year. Buck is a sweet heart. He would be best suitable for a beginner as long as they are confident or someone who loves the trails and wants a sure footed, solid trail companion Price set at $1200. Trade options may be considered only for younger, larger horse.
