Roscoe is a sweet pony who needs a loving rider who could put time into him everyday. He is broke to ride, but has been having trouble turning and therefore needs a refresher in this area of riding. He does walk, trot, canter and stands for brushing, saddling, but needs work on his feet. This is a great little pony who needs somebody he can learn to trust and love.
