Kitty is an amazing young mare. She has a full blaze and three white stockings. She is a granddaughter of Young Gun with Sonny Dee Bar and Two Eyed Jack right off of her papers (Detailed info below.) She is extremely smart and has the will and wants to learn, but needs someone that has the time to work with her. She was a range mare until we bought her. She is now used to being handled, will stand tied, will stand to have her feet trimmed, has been started on groundwork, and desensitized to ropes, plastic bags, tarps, etc. She will also stand for a bath. She needs someone with a soft but firm hand that knows what they are doing. She isn't for a beginner but could eventually be. She loves people and attention but you have to gain her trust first. She is ready to start and go whatever way you want her too.
Kitty has had one foal for us. She is an excellent mother and milks extremely well. She loves babies and could easily adopt one if you needed her to. The gelding we have out of her is maturing into a wonderful young horse and has the same attitude as her and was very easy to start. He is a sorrel and is slowly graying out. He is currently a rope horse and a kids horse.
