This is Dixie she is not papered but should eligible for registation with the AAHA (American Appendix Horse Association) her father was a 15.2 hh black and white paint head horse that was sired by Silvers Sam I Am ( http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/silvers+sam+i+am )and her mom was a 15 hh golden buckskin versitile cattle horse. This girl has the potential to go in any direction you want an excel tremendously. I dont want to sell her but dont have too much time to perfect what ive done with her so far. She has been ridden a short distance down the road and in the pasture, but has lots of arena and round pen work, she was taken camping in the forest and mountains with her previous owner. She is still GREEN but has been ridden at the walk, trot, and lope and she did amazingly but still needs work. She has been sitting for a bit due to the rain and mud, but im going to continue with her more now that the rains have stopped. She has amazingt ground manners, she will follow you everywhere and she is NOT mare-ish at all, she gets along good with all horses (mares, geldings, stallions, yearlings, etc.), is fine with dogs, chickens, goats, and other animals. NOT spooky at all, she will drag a tarp, walk over a tarp, can be ground driven, lounges, trailers, clips, ties, and bathes. She is an amazing filly but like I said I dont have the time to perfect her training. I am selling her for $2000 but i am willing to go lower to a good home. I would really like to trade her for a broke horse that would be a good prospect for gymkhana/barrels or that I could use to gather and sort cattle at the ranch. If you are interested in her or have a horse i may be interested in please let me know. For more information, pictures, or if you have any questions please email or call.
