"Peso"- Solid & Good Looking Paint Gelding

"Peso" is a 12 year old 14.2 hand black and white paint gelding that comes from a ranching background. This is a gentle horse with a good smooth response to all of his riding cues. He is gentle enough for the Beginner and Novice riders, in the lesson  pen and trails. The Intermediate and Experienced riders will really appreciate this horse whether riding him for work or pleasure. This is a really quiet traveling horse out on the trails, and will go anywhere you point him. He gets along well with all the other horses and when he is with you he gives you 100% of his attention, and does not spook or shy at anything when you are riding him. This is a horse that does not get fresh or frisky or want to buck when turned out for long periods of time.  He rides with a loose rein and will ride well with a halter or bridle and do whatever you ask him to do. He has been used sorting and working cattle in feedlots and has also been used to pony(leading) young horses. This is a good all around kind of horse that has been used to do a little of everything. He has a large muscular frame for his size and would be excellent for the person who needs a strong horse that will be easy to mount and dismount.
