Dixie is a 10 yr Reg appy mare I have her paper and they are ready to transfer she is UTD on shots, wormer, current neg coggins and she has had her feet trimmed on a regular schedule, she currently has shoes on all four feet. she is good for the farrier, stands for fly spray, ties quietly, she is traffic safe, nothing spooks this mare and she absolutely loves water! She is 14.3 hh and is an all around good horse the only reason I am letting her go is I have 2 coming 2 year olds and don't have time to work with all the horses. I would say she would be good for an advanced beginner since she has some "get up n go" if u ask her to go I am asking $800.00 obo For this mare price is negotiable to the right family.
